Annual Poultry Registration

* Poultry operations housing 2,500 birds or more must register annually.
* Registration is from January 1 to March 31 every year and covers the previous calendar year.
* Registration must be submitted to the Conservation District office
    (please mail a signed form for each operation with a check made to WCCD)
* There is a $10.00 fee for each registered farm.
* Each registration form must have information regarding:
  • Litter produced, applied, or transferred 
  • You must provide the name and address of persons who buy or receive your poultry litter. 
  • Acreage available for application
  • Other information
PLEASE NOTE: If your poultry farm was sold or shut down in any registration year, you must still file a registration, but you don't have to pay any fee.  Please call if you have any questions: (479) 521-4520 Ext. 6371
